To round out Chef Celebration Week we are celebrating kitchen cook Jason Styer & Simple Servings cook Ebony Williams 🎉

Jason has been a part of ONU Dining Services for 1 year. His favorite part about working here is getting to cook for our students. He is from Kenton and in his free time Jason enjoys reading.

Ebony has been a part of ONU Dining Services for 3 years. Her favorite part about working here is cooking for our students and getting to see the students visit her station every day. Ebony is originally from Bronx, NYC and her fun fact is she is goofy and loves to have a good time.

Next for Chef Celebration Week we are celebrating two more of ONU Dining's kitchen cooks- Jessica Fleming & Lyndsay Fleming 🎉

Jessica has worked at ONU Dining Services for 1.5 years. Her favorite part about working in Dining Services is learning new recipes to cook for the students. She is from Ada and loves to travel, especially to Scotland.

Lyndsay has also worked at ONU Dining Services for 1.5 years. Her favorite part about working here is cooking new recipes and working with new kitchen technology. She is from Akron and can speak spanish as well as Scots gaelic.

It's Chef Celebration Week at Sodexo 🎉

Next we would like to celebrate two of our wonderful cooks- Lisa Hemry & Trish Smith!

Lisa has worked for ONU Dining Services for 28 years and enjoys cooking for the students every day. She is from Ada and a fun fact about Lisa is she loves travelling to Tennessee and lived in Miami, Florida in the 90's.

Trish has work for ONU Dining Services for 24 years & enjoys the teamwork that takes place cooking in the kitchen. She is from Michigan City, Indiana and a fun fact about Trish is that she loves to bake.

Next for Chef Celebration Week we are celebrating ONU Dining's McIntosh Supervisor- Eris Avery 🎉

Eris has been a part of ONU Dining Services for 3 years. As McIntosh Supervisor, Eris supervises McIntosh Dining Hall during the afternoon & evening meal times to help make sure everything goes smoothly. She can be found behind the scenes helping to prep for special events as well as cooking when needed in the kitchen for student meals.

Eris' favorite part about working here at ONU Dining is the people she gets to work with and interacting with our students. She is from Lima and in her free time she enjoys crocheting and arts & crafts.

We would next like to celebrate ONU Dining's Chef & Production Manager- Jon Skonieczny!

Chef Jon has been a part of ONU Dining Services for 2 years. As Production Manager, Jon makes sure all items are ordered and delivered to the kitchen for food prep. As chef, he can be found behind the scenes helping to prep for special events as well as cooking when needed in the kitchen for student meals.

Monday, September 28th we celebrated 5 years of Starbucks on Main!

Students and visitors were able to answer coffee themed trivia for a chance to win fun prizes as well as guessing how many coffee beans were in the Snoopy cup- 1,503 beans total.

Congrats to Uday for having the closest guess for the number of beans and winning the Snoopy cup and gift basket!
