A call to all fellow sisters- current members or alumni, friends, family, anyone with a love for music. TBS : EI would like to continue to honor our rich tradition and history within the University of Akron. We are dedicated to serving the bands and the individuals within the School of Music. This can be through physical service, such as fixing stands and cleaning practice rooms. This can be through building community and providing for the students within this band, with fun team building activities , snacks for game day, and other treats and opportunities to relax. It can also be through promoting and honoring our programs and musicians , such as our Psychology in Music event (Spring 2025) - which highlighted key speakers and performance groups within the School of Music.
Now, we are opening a donation link on our e-commerce link for anyone able or interested in contributing to our cause. We have been blessed to do multiple major events for the university bands recently, including a UAMB movie night at the Gardner Theatre.We have many hopes and plans to continue to give back to the band, allowing them to take a load off, relax , learn about our history, following the journey of local musicians and their advice through speaker events, and more.
