In just four months, Alexis Amancio, Adam Hewitt, and Gael Juarez went from interns to full-time service technicians at the Larry H. Miller Toyota dealership. And with the help of their electric vehicle certifications, they're already ahead of the curve. "We are some of the few technicians with those certifications, so I recently diagnosed a battery issue on an electric car and fixed it on my own," Gael says.
