Being a “defender of potential” requires little time with a BIG impact. As a volunteer at Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lakeshore, they encourage the power of play with the power of choice. This includes you as well!
The time commitment is minimal. They ask for 2-3 hours a month with at least a year commitment; and the time spent with your little is flexible around your school schedule. Their staff will work to meet you where you are on this journey we call life.
So please, do not hesitate to share your individual talents, ideas, and strengths. Remember, you don’t have to change in order to change someone else’s life. Thank you for your time, and they look forward to potentially partnering with you!
