Dietetic intern Alec spent some time packing recipe kits for virtual nutrition and cooking classes. The recipe chosen was called Shakshuka: Eggs poached in a fragrant tomato sauce.

That’s a wrap on orientation day 1 and day 2!!! Our new class of dietetic interns have already done so much! From assessment techniques, interviewing skills, and cultural humility to interventions, clinical skills, and counseling! This has been such a fun two days, it’s going by too fast. Day 3 here we come!
