The Museum of the Big Bend at Sul Ross State University is celebrating the 40th Annual Trappings of Texas, one of the country’s longest-running exhibitions and sales dedicated to Western art and contemporary cowboy gear.

🎨 Friday, Sept. 18 | 11 a.m.–3 p.m.
Artist Demonstrations on the Museum patio — Meet participating artists and gearmakers and watch them demonstrate their craft.

The Sul Ross State University Department of Education is looking for a dependable, motivated student to join our team as a Student Worker at the Alpine campus.

This position provides valuable professional experience while supporting the daily operations of the department. Responsibilities include front-office assistance, administrative support, event preparation, student services, and helping faculty and staff with a variety of projects.

💰 Pay: $9.50/hour
⏰ Hours: Up to 15 hours per week
📍 Location: Department of Education — Alpine Campus
