The Northwestern Oklahoma State Ranger
Marching Band sends our most sincere condolences to the University of lowa Marching Band and the friends and family of Derek Phillips. Last night we honored his memory and our support to the University of lowa Marching Band by wearing Yellow Ribbons for our game and halftime performance. We are thinking about you in this difficult time.
Go Hawks! With love,
The RMB
