Sweet Oswald is ready for his forever home!

Oswald is one of the most lovable and cuddly cats out there! He’s always happy to soak up some attention and enjoy a good cuddle, but he’s also perfectly content to do his own thing. Whether he’s lounging around the house or enjoying some quality time with his people, Oswald is sure to make a wonderful companion.

This guy has so much love to give, and he’s ready to start his next chapter with a family of his own. If you’ve been thinking about adding a cat to your family, follow the link! ➡️ https://ttusvm.wufoo.com/forms/raider-animal-adoption-interest/

Third-year RaiderVet Haley Jouett is a research rockstar!

Haley is mentored by RaiderVet Dr. Klementina Fon Tacer and represented our School at the Rural Oncology Care Symposium, organized by the Rural Care Collaborative and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Haley presented her research project focused on novel models to study equine melanoma, including the development of an equine melanoma biobank.

Our student TVMA delegates represented our School at the 2026 Southwest Veterinary Symposium!

Over two days, our delegates joined TVMA committees, participated in discussions about the future of veterinary medicine in Texas, and gained valuable experience advocating for the profession.

We’re proud to see our RaiderVets stepping up and getting involved!

RaiderVets working together!

Fourth-year RaiderVet students Jaedyn Johnson, Ashton Moon, and Haley Glass tackled a wide range of cases during their clinical rotation at Live Oak Animal Hospital in Lubbock, Texas. Guided by incredible veterinarians, including several RaiderVet alumni, they're gaining valuable hands-on experience in small animal medicine while helping serve pets and families throughout the Lubbock community.

There's no better way to learn than by making a difference, and these students are doing both every day.
