Last week representatives from IPIC attended World Pork Expo, shared research insights with attendees, and hosted visitors from Argentina, China, and Southeast Asia.

Dr. Dan Anderson shared insights on manure management in a joint session on thinking of manure as a profit generator rather than a waste product.

Dr. David Rosero hosted demonstrations on Feed4Profit, a publicly available online tool for analyzing feed ingredient cost and forecasting financial outcomes over time. This provided producers hands on experience and information about the tool.

Swine producers and industry individuals also visited Iowa State University to learn about the US swine industry, reproduction and health, feed and feed ingredients, and more!
