A trip down memory lane:
Today is the first day of classes at AU, this past weekend was our "Welcome Weekend" for all of our newest Ravens, and last Thursday was our huge move-in day for Freshmen! 📦🧳🎒
We won't even try to guess how many boxes, bags, and mini fridges were carried up to the 3rd and 4th floors of our dorms... but whatever you can imagine, add about 15 more! 😂
We were blessed with beautiful weather and fantastic community - as always, our student leaders, faculty and staff, and our amazing AU football team pitched in to help make the process go as smoothly as possible! It takes quite the village to survive this season, and our AU village is one of the best!
Do you remember your "Back to School" days at AU?
You might have already seen some of our Back to School letters and emails featuring Andrew Myhal, our Student Body President. Andrew excels academically as a Mechanical Engineering major with a minor in Chemistry. But AU is special to him because of the professors and mentors who invested in him have challenged him to think beyond personal success.
These relationships helped shape Andrew's understanding of who he is and how he can use his gifts. His experiences at Anderson University proved transformational, helping him realize that his time on campus was shaping far more than a future career. Andrew is helping welcome new students to the community that has invested so much in him, one mini-fridge at a time! (see photo)
