Hi PMC!

We have two events happening this week! These are great opportunities to get points before fall break.

Pumpkin Painting:

Since it's officially autumn, we thought what better way to celebrate than with a fall themed event? Join PMC for pumpkin painting on Wednesday, October 9th at 6pm. We'll be at The Princeton Review until 7:30. Can't make it right at 6? No worries! Stop by whenever you get a minute. Pumpkins, paints and brushes will be provided. Can't wait to see you there- Message us for the sign up link!

This event will count as 1 point towards active membership!



PMC + US Army Suture Clinic:

Join us for the PMC + U.S. Army suture clinic this Friday! We will have a tent set up at Ingalls Mall by the MLB and a suture clinic in Conference Room 4 (1st floor) at the Michigan League from 12 PM - 3 PM. Feel free to stop by for a few minutes or stay for as long as you’d like! We ask that you also donate $2 (cash or venmo) and all proceeds will be donated to Wigs4Kids. If you’re interested in coming to the clinic on Friday, please message us for the sign up form!

This event will count as 2 points towards active membership!

Reminder: We have a member meeting at 5:30 tonight. It's at The Princeton Review on S. State street (room will be posted upon arrival).
Dr. Benedek, COL, MC, USA, from the Uniformed Services University will speak about the opportunities and challenges that their medical school has to offer including how the armed forces can finance medical school. He has operational experience in Bosnia and Croatia and has been deployed to Cuba, Kuwait, and Iraq. Dr. Benedek is a Professor and Chair in the Department of Psychiatry and Associate Director at the Center for the Study of Traumatic Stress.

Our third member meeting of the semester will be this Monday, February 4th from 6-8pm. It will be held at Palmer Commons in Great Lakes North.
For this meeting, we'll be hosting a volunteer fair. Lots of clubs and organizations will have tables set up and our members will be able to go around to find out about all sorts of volunteering opportunities.
Can't wait to see you there!

You may apply for up to three different positions. The application will be closed this Friday, March 23rd at 11 pm. Invitations to interview will be extended the week of March 26th and run until early April.
