For everyone who has visiting and been questioning who we are...

Q: What is Theta Sigma?

We are one of the only student organizations created solely by transfer students, for transfer students. We are technically a professional fraternity, but we want to focus more on building community and creating social connections! We are very inclusive and every single person in the fraternity has been open to new people and friends-- so don't worry about having to "push" your way in!
Sometimes we party together, we hold professional development events like internship finding and resume building, we connect you to other organizations of your interest, and much much more! We explore campus, we study together, we eat together.

Theta Sigma is a community of transfer students who found out how to make the University of Michigan feel a little bit more like home. Come join us!

For those of you who are looking for a break from midterm studying📚, Theta Sigma is having a Halloween party tonight! 🕸🕷 🎈Our own Media Design and Promo Director will be hosting the party at 112 South Forest Street, starting at 10:00 PM! Bring your friends and feel free to wear a Halloween costume! BEWARE 👻: There are entry fees!

Members that have not paid their dues: $3

Hello, everybody! 🌎

For those that haven't been attending social events because of no free time, NO WORRIES! You do not have to go to all of the events in order to join. Theta Sigma is a low commitment fraternity. You choose the events you want to go to! And we welcome you, always. We understand that life and school get in the way, we want to be here when you are ready to dive into and connect with the transfer community.

If you would officially like to join, please fill out this form by Oct 1, 2019.

Pinball Pete's 🕹 was a blast last night! We hope everyone who came out had an awesome time playing games and getting to know our members! For those who missed our event this past Wednesday, Sandwiches and Sand Volleyball 🏐, and last night, Pinball Pete's & Insomnia, Theta Sigma will be holding a coffee hour ☕️🥐 next Tuesday and Wednesday! Details coming soon!

Our last rushing event will start tonight at Pinball Pete's at 7:30 PM and we will end at Insomnia Cookies with free sweets for everyone!! We hope to see you there!

We hope to see you all on North Campus tonight for our first rushing event of the semester! The location has been moved to the Duderstadt Center (aka the Dude) at 7:30 PM! We are crossing our fingers that the weather holds out for volleyball, if not, we will be staying in the dude!

In two days Theta Sigma will be hosting our first rushing event of the semester, Sandwiches and Sand Volleyball, this Wednesday!! The event will be on The Grove on North Campus starting at 7:30PM!! We hope to see you and your transfer friends there!

We had a great time at Northfest yesterday!!! ☀️☀️ We met a bunch of interested transfer students and some of them recognized us from the First Year Transfer Reception that happened two nights ago! Catherine Huynh and Haley Truglia attended the event to talk about Theta Sigma and how the organization has played a huge part in their transition into the U of 〽️ community! We will be at Festifall this Friday, September 6th, so feel free to stop by and say hi! 😎😎
