Hello members!

Nominations for the 2019-2020 NOVA NSCS executive board are now LIVE! All positions are open and available to run for! The nomination form along with more information can be found by following this link: https://forms.gle/s2jKoWhXFgz6n6Bn8 .
There are ten vacancies to fill. We encourage all members to apply if they are interested and able to make the time commitment, which can average 2 - 10 hours a week depending on the position and tasks at hand!
Additionally, no experience is necessary and it's a great resume-builder!

The election will be taking place on Friday, April 12th from 2:00 - 4:00 PM at the Annandale campus in the CA building, room #302. Candidates will need to prepare a brief speech (3 - 5 minutes) to be presented to all members and officers present at the election. Additionally, once eligibility is determined candidates will need to send in a picture of themselves (headshot preferred, but selfie okay!) and a short bio. In order to be considered for election, you must be physically present on election day. Part of the election will be a social, and pizza and soda will be served. Even if you are not running for a position, we'd love to see you there so you can help participate in the voting process!
