Commissioning Week isn’t only about celebrating graduation. It’s about recognizing the midshipmen who spent the last four years pushing the standard higher for everyone around them.
This week, the Naval Academy presented more than 200 prizes and awards honoring excellence in scholarship, leadership, military aptitude, athletics, and character. These future officers earned distinction not for a single moment, but through years of consistent performance, resilience, and commitment to the mission.

Ceremonies covered the School of Mathematics and Science, Marine Corps, Midshipman Action Group, Commandant of Midshipmen, School of Engineering, Computing, and Weapons, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, and overall Prizes and Awards.

Bravo Zulu to all award recipients and to the families, teammates, classmates, and mentors who helped them reach this milestone.
