Fall Harvest Dinner! A complete three course dinner including butternut squash soup to start, pumpkin risotto, c***r braised chicken and balsamic glazed carrots for the main entree and warm apple dumplings with vanilla ice cream for dessert. We hope you enjoyed!

During lunch service today we celebrated International Apple Day with Apple Fest! 🍎🍏🍂

Our dining team brought the flavors of fall to the dining hall with a delicious lineup of apple-inspired favorites. Our dietitian also hosted a Wellness Wednesday table featuring build-your-own apple nachos with fun toppings and a maple tahini drizzle.
