Next month starts National Better Breakfast Month! 🥞🍳🧇🫐 Join us in celebrating all month long with specials during late night grille each week including loaded/stuffed waffles, bagel and lox sandwiches, and more! The dining hall just got a whole lot livelier! 🥳📸

We loved welcoming our students back to campus today and celebrating the first day of classes with a little photo booth fun! Our staff is so excited to have campus lively again and to see the dining room filled with familiar faces (and lots of new ones!).

Here’s to a great year ahead filled with good food, great memories, and plenty of reasons to celebrate. 💙

Congratulations to Alex, our Employee of the Month! 🎉

Alex has been a valued member of the LVC Dining Services team since 2021. He loves being in the kitchen, cooking great food, and helping provide a positive dining experience for our students. This summer, Alex has been a huge help with summer service and is already looking forward to welcoming students back next school year!

When he’s not at work, Alex enjoys spending time with his dad rebuilding motorcycles. His favorite foods to cook are asparagus, steaks, and burgers - and he especially loves firing up the grill!

Thank you, Alex, for your hard work, dedication, and passion for what you do. We appreciate everything you bring to our team!
