In her talk Dr. Hoxha will talk about Albania’s history as a socialist/communist state that presided Albanian governance 1945-1991. She will share her recent trip at BunkArt a historical museum of the of the communist era. The talk will also briefly talk about the rise of the current anti-government movement called the ‘Flamingo Revolution’.

Dutchmen First students joined Joshua Cohen and Lori Nyce last Thursday to talk about the pitfalls of using AI for research. Students enjoyed a breakfast buffet and had chances to win prizes for participating. Thanks to everyone who came!

This hour's conversation will focus on storytelling from Dr. Weaver’s experiences this summer serving the healthcare needs in the rural mountain villages of Guatemala. We will explore how the health care team was able to make an impact on both the immediate health needs as well as wellness and prevention of disease. Briefly, we will discuss the impact of the global climate on the health of individuals and the community.
