This week, our Assistant Director of Career Development and Community Engagement, Aaron Dallas II, hosted the three-month celebration of DC Internships & Housing, founded by Claire E. King, right here at Marymount University.

Students from Marymount University, George Mason University, Howard University, Georgetown University, The George Washington University, and more came together to talk internships, career building, and how to stand out in one of the most competitive job markets in the country.

Interns work on research, writing, policy, communications, and events, and get access to orientation, a resume workshop, a speaker series with senior leaders, and networking events. It’s a strong way to build your network in DC.
