UTA Named a Top Yellow Ribbon School!

UTA has once again been recognized by U.S. Veterans Magazine as a Top Yellow Ribbon School, highlighting its commitment to serving veterans and military-connected students. Social work major and Veterans Edge peer mentor Oriana Holden shared, “MVS does a great job helping bridge that transition by showing student veterans how to navigate a more independent civilian and academic environment.”

UTA School of Social Work Associate Professor Dr. Jennifer O’Brien recently testified in a high-profile New Mexico court case involving Meta, sharing research and expertise on the prevalence of technology-facilitated sexual abuse of children.
