EmpowerU Scholars Society It is a traveling college tour that covers multiple states over seven days, and touring 10-13 colleges and universities.

Formerly, Iowa College Tour, EmpowerU Scholars Society is focused on one simple but powerful initiative—to prepare the next generation of leaders lead in their schools, lead in their communities, and lead in their future careers. Iowa College Tour's aims to expose eastern Iowa area high school students to the culture, academic programs, and richness and history of HBCUs and other institutions of higher learning.
