March 1 - Graduate Assistantship
July 15 - Fall enrollment
Nov 15 - Spring enrollment
3 references (recommendations preferred)
No prerequisites are required. Students take 12 core courses, for a total of 36 semester hours required to graduate. The first 4 courses focus on mastering management. The remaining courses focus on the C-Suite approach, including the functions of marketing, research and development, information, communications, law, operations, and finance. Ideally constructed C-Suites have members that synthesize knowledge and create great judges, capable of making decisions that balance opportunities and risk.
Our MBA program is fully accredited by AACSB International and classes are taught primarily in Asheville but also in Cullowhee and Cherokee during Mon-Thurs evenings from 6-9pm.
The WCU Programs at Biltmore Park can be located at 28 Schenck Pkwy, Suite 300. Patsy Miller is the Director. Specifically for the MBA Program at this location, the administrators are Dr. Steve Ha, Program Director, and Kelly McIntyre, Student Services Specialist.
Graduate Assistantships are available for those starting Fall semester and are paid $1000 monthly for 8 months. You must apply by April 1 to be considered for a Graduate Assistantship.
