Join A-B Tech's Craft Beverage Institute of the Southeast at Homebrew Con 2026 in Asheville on June 19-20 at Harrah’s Cherokee Center! We’ll be in Booth #12 on the floor and CBI Director Jeff "Puff" Irvin is on tap to give a talk on Kettle Sour Brewing from 10-10:45am on June 19 in Meeting Room 1.

Puff also is recording episodes of his award-winning Consuming the Craft podcast during the Con, so check them out after the event.

While the school teaches the facets of winemaking and distilling the gamut of spirits, this conversation largely focuses on beer.
