Welcome to the Multicultural Greek Council page at the University of Georgia. We are a council comprised of 13 diverse organizations on campus!

This group is for all those Greeks that are in the Multicultural Greek Council by their association with:
Delta Phi Lambda
Lambda Phi Epsilon
Sigma Beta Rho
Lambda Theta Alpha
Sigma Sigma Rho
Lambda Theta Phi
Delta Phi Omega
Delta Epsilon Psi
Alpha Sigma Rho
Xi Kappa
Lambda Upsilon Lambda
Theta Nu Xi
Sigma Lambda Upsilon

We, the Multicultural Greek Council, are a council representing a proud and dynamic minority: the multicultural Greek community. We, the MGC at UGA were founded by three fraternal organizations: Delta Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc., an Asian-interest sorority; Lambda Phi Epsilon Fraternity, Inc., an Asian-interest fraternity; and Sigma Beta Rho Fraternity, Inc., a Multi-cultural Fraternity. The MGC is a unifying body, an umbrella organization, for these organizations. Together, we are united by our aspirations to increase awareness of our respective cultures, to serve the Athens community, and to maintain high academic standards.

Today, we proudly celebrate the Founders Day of Alpha Sigma Rho Sorority, Inc. ❤️🤍

Founded on April 2, 1998, right here at the University of Georgia, Alpha Sigma Rho made history as the first Asian-interest sorority founded in Georgia and the Southeast. For 28 years, they have continued to exemplify sisterhood, leadership, service, and their motto, Strength in Unity.

MGC is proud to celebrate the lasting legacy and impact of the Lovely Ladies in Red within our council and beyond. Wishing Alpha Sigma Rho a very happy Founders Day! 🦢
