OHIO's Trisolini Gallery will be an active mending workshop for London-based artist Celia Pym's interactive exhibition "Mending" from Oct. 19 through Nov. 6. 🪡

The exhibition will feature her work "Rolf's Sweater" and "Family and Friends Mended Socks" and as the exhibition progresses, repaired garments will fill the gallery's walls.

Attendees are welcome to bring their own garments for repair, which will become part of the exhibition and be returned to their owners at the close of the show. 🧦

Concurrent exhibitions “FORMS & FIGURES: Chuck McWeeny and Brad Schwieger” are on display in the RTEC Art Gallery. 🏺

McWeeny and Schwieger are recently retired OHIO professors and the exhibitions are dedicated to their commitment to art throughout their careers. The exhibitions are open through Oct. 23.

The Athena Cinema is kicking off the fall with an exciting lineup of film series. 🍂🎥

Several series are back, including the fifth annual Appalachian Stories Series, 14th annual Sustainability Film Series and second annual Hispanic Film Series. All offer free admissions and some feature guest lectures.

The Met: Live in HD Series is returning and dozens of other events are scheduled for the fall. In addition to following the Athena Cinema on social media, the theater also offers an email list to stay up to date about upcoming events.
