hello all garden friends, I am still hustling my way through Europe via bluegrass but....I miss the garden so much and i was wondering if someone would take pictures and post them for me. As much as I like being a vagrant, nothing is better than an Athens summer spent at the garden.

Much is underway! The low tunnel has been moved to the bamboo, we now have landscape metrics for the available garden space in the spring, a cold frame was built and we have been continuously planting flats of cold hearty vegetables to be grown in the new high tunnel.

We cut down one of the chestnuts in the bamboo circle today. Tomorrow at 10am we are going to attempt to cut another one down. Feel free to meet us out there, maybe Art will show you how to use a chainsaw. Also tonight at 10:30pm or so a few pals may gather for a fire, please join us.

Spinach, lettuce, and kale flats are started! We are moving our tunnel structure to the bamboo circle for some wind protection! If anyone wants to help disassemble and move the structure we can arrange a work day
