As the first female dean at the University of Georgia and the visionary leader who laid the foundation for what is now the College of Family and Consumer Sciences, Dean Creswell’s legacy of innovation, leadership, and service continues to inspire our faculty, staff, and students every single day.

We are also immensely proud to honor her incredible legacy and her induction into the Georgia Women of Achievement hall of fame, recognizing her lasting impact on education and leadership across our state.

At 40 years old, Richard Zulick, Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management executive director, went back to college for a master's degree in our financial planning program.

What he learned at UGA didn’t just refine his advisory practice - it sparked a mission to help build the nation’s premier financial planning program.

“It changed my view on how I had approached things before,” he said. “It really was a deeper level of learning and knowledge and how I would apply that from a research perspective and how I would communicate that with clients.”
