Bobcat Love! 😻
After a chance meeting one night, Bobcats Garrett and Katie's five years in Athens were filled with unforgettable days, football games where Garrett proudly marched with the Marching 110 and building a family together with the adoption of their two fur babies, cat Oliver and dog Charlie!
After completing their undergraduate and graduate degrees, the couple bid farewell to Athens and embarked on a new chapter in Cleveland. Garrett pursued his dream of becoming a music teacher, while Katie dedicated herself to working as a school-based mental health counselor. After a couple of years, they decided to relocate to Ann Arbor, where they currently reside.
Despite being far from Athens, Katie and Garrett (and their newest baby Bobcat, Theo) visit the place where their love began as often as possible. They make the trip for Homecoming, and visits to Katie's grandparents' Athens-based farm always gives them an excuse to reminisce on their time back hOUme. 💚
