Alumni Awards 🏆

Alumna of the Year, the Honorable Yvette McGee Brown (’82), former associate justice of the Supreme Court of Ohio and partner at Jones Day, has devoted her career to advancing justice and expanding opportunities for children and families.

McGee Brown’s service spans leadership, philanthropy and institutional advancement. She received OHIO's Medal of Merit in 2001, served on the Board of Trustees, and was inducted into the Ohio Women's Hall of Fame.

During Homecoming, the inaugural Bobcat Tales event offers the Bobcat community the opportunity to record a brief personal story about what OHIO means to them.

Recordings will be preserved and shared through the StoryCorps Archive, creating a collection of voices that reflect the spirit, history and community of OHIO.
