Thanks to the tireless work of the Library's Archives and Special Collections staff, the history of Georgia Tech's earliest days can be explored both in-person in our reading room, and online 24/7 in our digital repository.

AI Week at the Library kicked off today with the panel discussion, AI-Powered Cognitive Partners for Personalized Learning: Jill Watson as a Case Study.

Thank you to our panelists Dr. Ashok Goel and Dr. Amanda Nolen, and moderator Dr. Vincent Spezzo for a thoughtful and engaging discussion on the use of AI-powered cognitive partners in the classroom.

Library leaders and instructional experts will discuss how AI is influencing scholarly publishing, research data management, and the research lifecycle.

Get into the spooky spirit and learn something new when you join the Georgia Tech Library and partners tomorrow, Oct. 14, from 1 to 3 p.m. for Trick or Treat at Clough.

To get started, stop by the Clough CORE Desk on the second floor outside Kaldi's Coffee. There, you'll receive a trick-or-treat card and learn about participating units. Visit every unit on the card to receive a free T-shirt provided by the Office of Undergraduate Education and Student Success.

Costumes are not required, but they are encouraged.

This is a drop-in event, so no registration is necessary. Just swing by and say hi (i.e. don’t ghost us 👻).

Staff from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office will lead a seminar on patent fundamentals, intellectual property protection, and resources available to help innovators move ideas from research to commercialization.
