Sigma Nursing's independent review, led by Christina Parle Education & Consulting (CPEC), is now underway, and every member's voice matters. If you would like to share your perspective, please complete CPEC's short interest form linked here. You can also find the link in the email from Sigma titled "Your voice in Sigma Nursing's independent review." The form is managed by CPEC, and individual responses will not be shared with Sigma staff or leadership. Whether your experience with Sigma has been positive, painful, or somewhere in between, we encourage you to take part.

Last week Alpha Epsilon Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International supported the APP Week Research Symposium at Emory Healthcare, judges from our board selected two winners for their work:

-Best Podium Presentation to Lindsey Bozeman, FNP, ACNP, for her presentation titled “Walk in My Shoes: Designing and Evaluating a Poverty Simulation to Teach Social Determinants of Health in APP Fellowship Training” which specifically represented Sigma values of leadership, collaboration, and DEI
-Best Poster to Taylor Hayes, MMSc, MPH, PA-C, ATC; Erin Weinisch, DHSc, MPAS, PA-C; and Veketa Smith, MPH, MMSc, PA-C, for their poster titled “Impact of Mentorship on PA Mentors’ and Mentees’ Personal and Professional Development” which specifically represented Sigma values of leadership and DEI
