On Thursday, Georgia State School Of Music had a special guest artist workshop by Daniel Anastasio. If you don’t follow Dr. Anastasio yet, start today! He is a brilliant pianist who teaches how to effectively communicate with our audiences, bridging the gap between the musician on the stage and the audience member. He worked with several of our students on public speaking skills and communicating with the audience, which is an often neglected skill but vital to performing musicians. He also happens to be Jess Petrasek’s twin brother, and they performed later that evening in a fabulous recital. Thank you for sharing your music with us!
