The college was fully-established in July 2017, and is comprised of the School of Music, the Ernest G. Welch School of Art & Design, the School of Film, Media & Theatre, the Center for Colla

borative and Innovation in the Arts (CENCIA) and the Center for Educational Partnerships from the School of Music.

Summer News:
The GSU Flute Studio Flute Choir has received a major invitation: they have been selected as one of just 25 flute choirs worldwide to perform at the National Flute Association’s 2026 Flute Ensemble Festival in Portland, Oregon!

The studio is currently fundraising to help reduce travel costs for participating students, including airfare, lodging and other expenses.
