Our GSGA trip to Washington, D.C. was an experience to remember! From reuniting with familiar faces and meeting new ones to exploring the U.S. Capitol, the White House, the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, and the National Museum of African American History and Culture, there was so much to see and learn. D.C. is a vibrant and beautiful city where you can feel the history as you walk through it. Along the way, we networked, learned about our nation’s history, and experienced the city together.

One thing that stood out was seeing how different student government associations operate across states and institutions. From the smallest ant to the biggest giant, we all shared one common goal: the student body. Different institutions, different approaches, but one purpose! 🏛️
