OLIO Development Group, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in Columbus, Ohio, recently announced the appointment of Scott Cervenak as Chief Development Officer. Cervenak brings more than 30 years of restaurant and retail development experience to OLIO, including senior leadership roles at two brands in OLIO's current partner roster: Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers and Shake Shack.

Georgia State University UNC Health

Min Lee has been named President, UNC Hospitals, effective July 20, 2026. Lee brings more than 15 years of progressive leadership across three major academic health systems, beginning her career at Emory Healthcare in Atlanta.

Lee joins UNC Hospitals from UVA Medical Center in Virginia.

Stacie Petter, who currently serves as acting dean of the School of Business at Wake Forest University and Peter C. Brockway Chair of Strategic Management and Professor of Management Information Systems, will become dean of the University of Richmond Robins School of Business, effective Aug. 1.

What an incredible evening at State to State: Regional Roots, Atlanta Reach!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a night of connection and conversation. We explored the principles behind Blue Zone living, enjoyed curated wine and olive oils, and most importantly, built meaningful new relationships.
