The Whitney M. Young Jr. School of Social Work was honored to welcome back alumni from the Classes of 1990 and 1991 for a special visit filled with fellowship, legacy, and generosity. During their time on campus last Friday, our distinguished alumni connected with faculty, shared memories of their matriculation, and made a meaningful donation in support of the continued growth and excellence of the school.

Their visit also coincided with student orientation, creating a powerful full-circle moment as incoming students had the opportunity to meet those who once walked the same halls decades ago. The energy in the room was inspiring as our newest scholars expressed excitement and eagerness to begin their journey at WMYJSSW. Thank you to our alumni for continuing to pour back into the next generation of social work leaders.
