Heidi Biggs (Literature, Media, and Communication) and Gaurav Doshi (Economics) are among nine new faculty members selected by the Brook Byers Institute for Sustainable Systems (BBISS). The fellowship recognizes faculty for their outstanding leadership in sustainability-related research.

Alisha Tan, a fourth-year LMC major and LST minor, has been selected to attend the Student Symposium at the 53rd Telluride Film Festival. Operated by the National Film Reserve, Telluride is a 4-day international film festival for many to premiere their films. The symposium takes 50 students through a dozen film screenings, along with filmmaker and actor discussions.
