Meet Stephanie Gericke, Administrative Manager II in the Office of Experiential and Engaged Learning. 🐝

Stephanie works behind the scenes on our administrative processes to ensure our teams have the resources they need to effectively serve students.

Over the past year, Stephanie has strengthened recruitment and hiring procedures by creating greater consistency and structure throughout the search process. She was also selected for Georgia Tech's Culture Champion Academy recognizing her leadership, collaborative approach, and commitment to fostering a positive and effective workplace culture.

Meet Rachael Greene, Director of Communications for the Office of Undergraduate Education and Student Success. 💻📝

Rachael and her team support marketing and communications for the six major units within OUESS that offer student services and programs. 🐝

Under Rachael's leadership, the communications team achieved several milestones over the past academic year, including growing OUESS' Instagram presence by 160%, expanding coverage of our students and employees, and completing a project to update all 10 of OUESS' public-facing websites, all while navigating a rebranding effort.

We're pleased to announce that Janieria Dupree has joined the Career Center as a Career Education Program Manager for Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts. 💼📚

In this role, Janieria will provide tailored services for Ivan Allen students through programming, classroom presentations, and individual advising. She will collaborate closely with faculty, academic advisors, and other partners to scale and integrate career development into the student experience.
