Tolefree '02 and Intersection Realty Group have made a generous $200,000 gift to establish the Truman Tolefree and Intersection Realty Group Commercial Real Estate Finance Academy within the Morehouse Real Estate Institute.

The Academy will prepare rising Morehouse Men and Atlanta University students for careers in commercial real estate through rigorous instruction in finance, investment, development, and asset management, while connecting students with experienced mentors and meaningful internship opportunities.

https://bit.ly/4nK1MEM ...The first recipients of the generous Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation Gap Scholarships were among those graduating from Morehouse College on May 17. In the program’s inaugural year, 115 juniors and seniors collectively received $1.24 million in scholarship support. Former SGA Vice President Jivonne Feliciano, who earned a degree in economics, was one of the scholarship recipients and shared his story with Fox News. (Click the link to see the story)

The scholarships are designed to help Morehouse students overcome financial barriers and access the resources needed to graduate. The funding is part of the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation’s $16.5 million gift to Morehouse, announced in October 2025. A total of $50 million was donated to Atlanta University Center schools as part of the gap scholarship initiative. We appreciate the continued partnership and generosity of the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation.

Crawford ’98, and Christine Crawford are turning gratitude for their life-changing college experiences into generational impact. They have donated a transformational $2 million gift to Morehouse College and Spelman College.

The $1 million contribution to each institution is a generous investment in the brilliance and potential of current students and those yet to come.

The Morehouse gift is supporting the General Endowment Fund and the construction of the new 58,000 square foot Campus Center, a dynamic hub for student life, collaboration, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
