Often recognized as one of the most iconic pregame traditions in college football, Auburn’s Eagle Flight inspires every member of the Auburn Family, while also shining a spotlight on the importance of protecting raptors and their habitats.
Over the last 5 decades, the Auburn University Raptor Center has rehabilitated and released thousands of injured birds of prey and educated countless visitors on the conservation of eagles, owls, hawks, falcons, and more.
Housed within the College of Veterinary Medicine, the Raptor Center continues to advance the care, research, and preservation of these incredible birds. With plans for expanded outreach and a new world-class facility, this Auburn tradition is only continuing to grow.

Attend Football, Fans & Feathers on the Friday before every home game for an up close look at these incredible birds. Gates open at 3 p.m., and the show starts at 4 p.m. Homecoming draws some of their biggest crowds, but with seating, bleachers, and grassy space available, they never sell out. Arrive early to secure a seat.
