🍕This school year, alongside our commercial operator, Ithaka Hospitality Partners, we celebrated the end of the semester with a Pizza Party honoring students who completed their Foodservice & Production and Front & Back-of-house Management labs in our in-house teaching restaurant, 1856 – A Teaching Restaurant.

Congratulations to all of our recognized students and thank you to our faculty and industry collaborators for helping shape the future of hospitality leadership.
