Isaiah 12:3 tells us that with JOY we shall draw water from the wells of salvation. The joy comes BEFORE the water. Before the healing. Before the breakthrough. Before the answer appears. Joy is not the reward of faith -- it is faith expressed.

Stop waiting for circumstances to change before you rejoice. Start drawing. The well is full.
