For 100 years, Concordia has had plenty of reasons to raise its voice. 🎶💜💛
From worship and concerts to tours, special events, and performances with friends, choir has been part of the Concordia experience for generations of students. The friendships, rehearsals, traditions, and memories created along the way have become part of Concordia’s story.

As we celebrate 100 years of Concordia University Texas, we’re looking back at the students who helped fill campus with music.

Every era had its royalty. 👑💜💛

From Sweetheart Banquet Kings and Queens to Homecoming royalty, Mr. and Miss Concordia, class favorites, Mister Twister, and more, Concordia students have been recognizing their classmates in all kinds of ways for decades.

The titles may have changed, the crowns definitely changed, and some of these traditions look a little different today — but they’re all part of the stories that make up 100 years of Concordia University Texas.

Coffee House was never just about the coffee. ☕🎶💜

Over the years, Coffee House gave Concordia students a place to take the stage, share their talents, make each other laugh, and simply spend time together. From music and skits to performances that probably made a lot more sense if you were there, it became part of the rhythm of campus life.

As we celebrate 100 years of Concordia University Texas, we’re looking back at the traditions that brought students together and created the stories alumni are still telling years later.

From Cards and Stags to today’s Tornados, basketball has been part of the Concordia story for generations. 🏀💜💛

The uniforms have changed. The gyms have changed. Even the mascot has changed a time or two. But the competition, teamwork, school spirit, and pride in representing Concordia have carried on through the years.

As we celebrate 100 years of Concordia University Texas, we’re looking back at the players, coaches, teams, and memories that helped build the tradition we know today.

Some of the best Concordia memories happened right down the hall. 💜🏠

For generations of students, Resident Assistants and Dorm Council members helped shape life outside the classroom — welcoming new students, planning events, building community, solving the occasional roommate crisis, and making the residence halls feel a little more like home.

From Studtmann, Behnken, Killian, Harms, The Inn, Regents, Founders and beyond, dorm life has been a huge part of the Concordia experience.

As we celebrate 100 years of Concordia University Texas, we’re looking back at the students who helped create those late-night conversations, hallway friendships, dorm traditions, and memories that lasted long after move-out day.

It’s officially Centennial month! 🎉💜💛

After 100 years of faith, learning, leadership, and service, the celebration we’ve been waiting for is almost here! Join alumni, families, friends, faculty, staff, and the entire Concordia community October 23-24 as we come together to celebrate a century of Concordia University Texas.

From Centennial Legacy Lectures and campus tours to alumni gatherings, a Texas BBQ tailgate, live music, family activities, our Centennial Service of Thanksgiving, and so much more — it’s going to be a day to remember.

There’s still time to register, but October 24 is coming quickly! Make your plans, invite your Concordia friends, and come be part of this once-in-a-century celebration.
