Our students enjoyed a morning exploring One Lady Bird Lake with Related Related Companies, followed by a visit to a Value-Add Office project on Barton Springs Rd. with Brick-Row Brick Row. These experiences beyond the classroom provide invaluable opportunities for our students.

On Monday, we teamed up with Healthy Celebrations for a run followed by a coffee tab, and on Tuesday, we had a RECS meetup at Dirty Martin’s!

We sent a team of undergraduate students to compete among 16 universities at the 2026 ICSC & UNC Retail Real Estate Case Competition in Las Vegas. Case competitions are just one of the many ways we enrich our students education & build real world skills setting them up for success in their careers post graduation.

Thanks to ICSC UNC Wood Center for hosting another great competition.
