University of Texas Pharmacy Council Student Government of the College of Pharmacy Other functions include Family Day, Explore UT safari style, and winter and spring socials.

Pharmacy Council sponsors different types of events that encourage communication between the Deans and the students. These events include fireside chats, monthly brown bag lunches, ice cream socials and executive lunches with the Dean. Pharmacy Council also hosts New Student Orientation events such as a milestone White Coat ceremony, information sessions, and a mentor-mentee mixer at the Union Und

erground. In October, Pharmacy Council hosts Pharmacy Month that includes events like health fairs on and off campus and guest speakers. Pharmacy Council gives back to the faculty and staff through Faculty Appreciation Week and TETA Awards. Pharmacy Council also welcomes students at the college of Pharmacy through a hospitality room during students interviews in the spring.

Hi everyone! Pharmacy Council's Diversity and Inclusion committee is collaborating with PDC and KE in hosting a Healthcare Workshop with The Gender and Sexuality Center. This workshop is designed to help healthcare professionals to increase their awareness of issues in the healthcare system that disproportionately affect LGBTQIA+ individuals. Come see how you can be a part of the change!
