LJ embraces curiosity over certainty. From debate tournaments to Canfield BHP and Plan II, from coaching younger women in debate to exploring careers in consulting and law, LJ has learned that growth rarely follows a straight line.

One of the biggest lessons she shared? You don't have to have everything figured out right away.

Taking a step back can be just as valuable as pushing forward. The experiences that don't fit your original plan may end up shaping you the most. And success doesn't require sacrificing kindness or becoming just one version of yourself.
