Despite a solid offensive showing, the Cal State Bakersfield women's soccer team came up empty in a 2-0 road loss Sunday afternoon. The Roadrunners were blanked by an Eastern Washington team that improved to 5-0 with the victory on its home field.

Playing without its two Preseason All-Conference honors, the Cal State Bakersfield men's soccer team came up short in a comeback attempt Saturday night at the Main Soccer Field. Missing defender Filip Arras and goalkeeper Zenden Hart from the starting lineup, the Roadrunners fell behind early against UNLV and were unable to close the gap in the 2-1 loss.

Cal State Bakersfield opened the 2026 volleyball season with a straight-set victory over Lamar on Friday before dropping a hard-fought battle against a tough North Texas squad in the evening. Friday afternoon's victory was the first for the Roadrunners under first-year Head Coach Kristen Wright.
