The Epsilon Omega Alumni Association was founded on August 26, 2020 Be it known that the Epsilon Omega Alumni Association (EQAA) is an organization operating to continue to serve and promote the ideals of the Sorority, assist the active chapter of Epsilon Omega through effective programming, support, and other duties as requested by the Director of Bands or Chapter Sponsor, support our membership
by providing meaningful avenues for continued service, continued leadership, fellowship & personal development, and foster a positive alumni presence through a strong bond of sisterhood. April 24, 1976 is the Charter Day for the Epsilon Omega Active Chapter who serves the Magnificent Marching Machine for 45 (unbothered) years. Spring of 2017, Jameela Hendricks had the idea to see if it was possible to become a Local Alumni Association with Epsilon Omega's Chapter Sponsor, Cathy Miles, and Morgan State University Director of Bands, Mr. Melvin N. Miles to provide continued service opportunities to our community, college bands and to women in music. After she presented the general information to other Sisters to find interest, Pamela Bennett diligently created, gathered, and completed all necessary paperwork to ensure an official Charter for over two years. The Epsilon Omega Alumni Association was founded on August 26, 2020 with Pamela Bennett, Jameela Hendricks, Joquetta Johnson, Catherine Marner, Bridgett McBride, Catrina Sally Thomas, and Georgette Washington as the Founding Mothers.
