Engaging our firm for a "Bio Painting" is a rare opportunity for commercial and residential clients to have a multi-faceted singularly unique work of fine art.

We've worked with several clients, including St. John's College High School to create a visual history from the inception to the current day of the institution.

Highlandtown Gallery, Zannino Designs, and artist Sandi Wilson worked collaboratively with the president and archivists to create the visual journey to share their rich history for thousands of visitors to enjoy each year. The art medium is encaustic/mixed media on wood. This technique is perfect for high-traffic areas, requiring low maintenance in commercial installations.

This Zannino Designs project began with adding all-new drapery treatments with various subtle tones of cream, grey, butter, and slate.

These tones were carried throughout the space in various patterns and textures as new textiles, furnishings, paint, wallpaper, tile backsplash, art, tile flooring, carpet, cabinetry, and lighting were added.

Furnishings include sofa and chairs from Baker, swivel chairs from Century Furniture, cocktail, end tables and lamps from Arhaus, wallpaper from Phillip Jeffries, kitchen backsplash tile from Hunt Valley Tile & Marble, carpet from Vertical Connection, textiles from Pindler & Pindler and Lucy Rose Design, kitchen design by Jenifer Gately Kip Jacobin of Forest Hill Kitchen and Bath.
