Today, we proudly recognize ISI's Incorporation Day and celebrate their legacy, service, and unwavering support that have strengthened lota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. throughout our history!

On September 26, 2014, ISI, Inc. was officially incorporated, marking an important chapter in its continued commitment to our Brotherhood.

We also honor the legacy of our Eternal Sweetheart, the late Ms. Audrey S. Brooks, who received the title in 1966 in recognition of her unwavering support of the 12 Most Honorable Founders of lota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc.

The bond between lota and ISI was further strengthened through the leadership of the 21st lota National Grand Polaris, Brother Robert M. Clark, who established the Memorandum of Understanding between lota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. and ISI, Inc.

Today, we celebrate the history, and the legacy that continues forward.
