The University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) will transition to a new applicant tracking system, Quantum One, effective October 12, 2026.

To prepare for this transition:
• The last day to apply and submit electronic applications through our current system, Taleo, is October 2, 2026.
• Beginning October 12, 2026, all job postings and applications will be managed through Quantum One.
• If you are selected as a top candidate or potential hire for a position posted in Taleo, you will be required to reapply through Quantum One once the new system is live. Additional instructions will be provided at that time.

Last Friday, we had the opportunity to attend a Safe Streets Baltimore Career Fair at The Factory, and we were excited to connect with so many members of the Baltimore community! 🏙️🤝
