⭐ STARS Winner Spotlight: Kritika Pant ⭐

Congratulations to Kritika Pant, one of our 2026 STARS Conference award winners!

Kritika presented “Butler Beyond Gender: Performing Emotional Identity Across Languages,” exploring how language, culture, and emotion can shape the way we express identity, vulnerability, intimacy, and authority.

Her work is a great example of what STARS is all about. Students taking what they’ve learned, asking deeper questions, and confidently sharing their scholarship with the CCBC community.

Congratulations, Kritika! We are proud to celebrate your achievement and the work you brought to the STARS stage.

⭐ CCBC students were the stars of the show! ⭐

The 2026 STARS Conference, Student Arts, Research, and Service, brought together students from across CCBC to share their ideas, original research, creative work, and service projects.

From the arts and humanities to science, technology, social issues, community service, and more, students stepped beyond the classroom and shared what they've been learning, creating, questioning, and discovering.

STARS is more than a presentation; it's an opportunity for students to build confidence, strengthen professional presentation skills, connect with the CCBC community, and celebrate the work they're proud of.

Congratulations to every student presenter, mentor, moderator, volunteer, and supporter who helped make the 2026 STARS Conference shine!

The 2026–2027 Honors College Scholarship Application is now available! If you're an Honors College student, this is your opportunity to receive funding to help support your academic journey.

✨ Multiple scholarships are available, including awards for:
• Honors College members
• Students demonstrating financial need
• STEM majors
• Catonsville and Dundalk campus students
• Returning, new, international, DACA, and undocumented students

📋 To be considered:
✔ Be a CCBC Honors College member
✔ Complete the CCBC$FundMe Application
✔ Complete the FAFSA (if applicable) using school code 002063
✔ Enroll in Honors courses each semester

⏰ Apply early! Scholarship funding is limited.

• Foundation Scholarships: July 6, 2026
