It is an organization open to ALL students from the University of Maryland, the Universities of Shady Grove, and the surrounding healthcare professionals and graduate students! We focus on serving the community, brining more public health awareness, as well as public health advocacy and education. Our mission is to encompass all the healthcare professions as we work together in increasing Public H

ealth awareness and eliminating healthcare disparities. We have collaborated with many organizations across the UMB campus including other pharmacy organizations, Nurses for Global Health, the MPH Program, and our parent organization, the Maryland Public Health Association.

Interested in getting involved in research? Join AMCP, SMdPHA, Rho Chi, APhA, and SGA in our "Introduction to Research Series." This series features a virtual panel of current students involved in research and an in-person roundtable with faculty seeking motivated students to join their team. Students who attend both events in the series will have a chance to receive a prize!

The roundtable is limited to 24 participants, and RSVP will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please Note: If you are unable to attend the roundtable after signing up, please notify Adria/Khady at least 48 hours prior to the roundtable. Failure to do so will DISQUALIFY you from future roundtables!
